طريقة التواصل: يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر الواتس آب مع توضيح المشكلة وإرفاق الصور المطلوبة.
الطلبات الدولية: في حال الموافقة على الطلب، يتم إرجاع الشحنة عبر شركة DHL بعد تأكيد الحالة من قبل فريقنا.
استرداد المبالغ: قد تستغرق عملية استرداد المبلغ إلى حسابك البنكي مدة تصل إلى 7 أيام عمل.
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed, except in case of an error in: (Color – Fabric – Design – Size)
